With 25 years of facilitating peer learning and conscious business practices, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding leaders through meaningful growth. Back in 1998, I started Integrated Work, a leadership development firm, and since then, I’ve led countless retreats, events, and coaching programs.

As a conscious company CEO, I’ve walked the talk, pioneering new ways of working by combining solid research with real-world experience to help leaders thrive and adopt fresh strategies. What I love most is helping leaders get clear on their vision and use that to drive their decisions and interactions at work.

My “superpower” is creating solutions that bring together different perspectives and achieve multiple goals simultaneously. In 2019, I wrote The Conscious Professional to share my best personal and leadership growth strategies.
