A sought-after coach, advisor and facilitator Jessica’s secret sauce is using actual, real-life work challenges as the case study to grow new levels of leadership, personal growth and capability to dream more vividly and achieve more artfully. Now, she is working to help everyone have access to the same top tier professional development that organizational clients enjoy. Building ethical leadership at all levels, including personal and professional growth is how we advance humanity, protect our planet, and build a connected, compassionate, and educated society.
“This is how we shape our future. I aim to put the most powerful leadership tools in the hands of change makers, moving us forward to a future that is better for us all—inside and out.”
Jessica is an author for Conscious Company Magazine, a coach for Emerging Women and the Frances Hesselbein Global Student Leadership Summit. Jessica’s first book, The Conscious Professional: Transform Your Life at Work will be published in the Fall of 2018. To keep herself energized, Jessica gardens, volunteers, and reads voraciously.
Jessica resides in Boulder, Colorado with her husband, astrophysicist Stephen F. Hartung, and two children.
Jessica is an ECHO listening profile certified practitioner.
